"User Experience Context - Just leased a new car and needed to add the new car to statefarm account and decrease usage of current car. Notified statefarm via website on the weekend. Seamless with Claudia. Claudia reached out and asked me some questions for the new and I was provided a quote and temporary ID card within an hour. Decrease usage in current car would be evaluated at the end of the policy period based on odometer. Hopefully I'm able to get some credit back based on the lower usage during that policy period which we'll see (only reason for the 4 star because of the uncertainty on this). Overall happy with the experience these past 10 years!"
